Pike Nurseries accelerates into August with free gardening classes
Local experts to share tips on growing tropical plants and helps beginners play in the dirt!
ATLANTA (July 19, 2018) – It’s the season to play in the dirt! The experts at Pike Nurseries are hosting free classes throughout August to help green thumbs of all skill sets learn the ins and outs of growing orchids and African violets – as well as a class geared specifically towards novice gardeners. With tips, tricks and plants aplenty, Pike Nurseries is the perfect stop for all gardening needs!
Growing Orchids and African Violets
August 7, 8, 9 and 11 at select Pike Nursery locations

Vibrant African violets and ornate orchids allow gardeners to bring the beauty and colors of the tropics indoors! During this FREE class, guests will learn how to properly plant and care for the elegant beauties as well as the numerous varieties of orchids. Complimentary refreshments will be served and attendees can enter a drawing to win a free orchid.
