Pike Nurseries to celebrate Christmas with festive classes

The Southeast’s largest garden center will also host a Clearance Sale, November 8-11

ATLANTA (November 5, 2018) – ‘Tis the season! Pike Nurseries is gearing up for the holiday season with festive classes for gardeners of all experience levels. To help green thumbs get in the spirit, the local nursery is hosting a Clearance Sale as well as two Make and Take classes to deck the halls with festive foliage! From picking out the perfect Christmas tree to decorating with beautiful poinsettias and greenery, Pike Nurseries is the ideal destination for all holiday décor essentials!

Clearance Sale
Thursday, November 8 – Sunday, November 11 at all Pike Nurseries locations
Gardeners are invited to gear up for winter planting with storewide savings of 20 to 50 percent! Customers can expect to save on a variety of plants, including roses, hydrangeas, crape myrtles, Japanese Maples and other select trees and shrubs, as well as select perennials and houseplants. The savings also extend to indoor and outdoor gardening supplies and accessories, with steals and deals on glazed pottery, select soils and mulch, birding supplies and much more!

Make and Take: Williamsburg Wreath
Saturday, November 24 at 9 a.m. at all Pike Nurseries locations

Inspired by Colonial Williamsburg, green thumbs can take part in the Pike Nurseries tradition of creating a festive wreath adorned with real fruit and nuts. The class fee includes all supplies as well as refreshments.  Customers must pre-register at bit.ly/PikeWilliamsburgWreathClass.

Make and Take: Poinsettia Mixed Planter
Saturday, December 8 at 9 a.m. at all Pike Nurseries locations

Deck the halls (and mantles) with a hand-crafted mixed poinsettia planter, sure to wow holiday houseguests! In this special make and take class, garden enthusiasts can create a long-lasting indoor planting utilizing the most iconic Christmas flowers. Class fee includes all supplies as well as refreshments.
