Pike Nurseries to host gardening classes and events in May

FREE classes and events are in full bloom at local garden center

April showers bring May flowers! To help customers greet the growing season with ease and plant a lush landscape of their own, the experts at Pike Nurseries are hosting a FREE event and garden class this month.  

Customer Appreciation Grilling Event

Saturday, May 21, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at all Pike Nurseries store locations

As a special thank you for playing in the dirt, Pike Nurseries is hosting a location-wide Customer Appreciation event! Guests can enjoy complimentary hotdogs grilled on the Kamado Joe grill from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Saturday (while supplies last!).

 

Summer Succulents for Containers

Saturday, May 28 at 9 a.m. at all Pike Nurseries store locations

Succulents and cacti continue to grow in popularity for their distinct foliage color, easy care and effortless garden beauty. Characterized by their ability to store water in their leaves and stems, these plants are perfect for hot weather months. During this FREE class, customers will learn how to mix and match succulents into container gardens that will look great in any area of the yard. From planting basics to care requirements, Pike Nurseries experts will teach gardeners of all levels how to build their own succulent container creation!
